Creating a BYU NetID

Online Participants of the Organ Workshop must have a BYU NetID to access workshop materials and class links through our website.

In-Person Participants who would like to view sessions online will also need a BYU NetID.

If you believe you already have a NetID but can’t recall it or your password, you can recover your account using Reset Password or Recover Your NetID

How to Create a NetID

You will need the following information to create your NetID:

• Full Name
• Birth Month, Day, and Year
• Email Address (used for verification)
• Phone Number

If you receive an error while creating your NetID, please email organ@byu.edu and send us the error message that you are receiving and we will help you.

Create Your NetID Online:

• Click the following link: https://accountcreation.byu.edu/new
• Click the Begin button.
• Click Other and enter "BYU Organ Workshop". Click Continue.
• Enter the requested information and click Continue.
• You will receive a code in your email. Enter the code and click Continue.
• Follow the screens to create your NetID and password. Please make note of them to be able to log in to our website.
• If you have already registered for the workshop, please email the NetID to organ@byu.edu to gain access to the workshop website.

Create Your NetID by Phone:

• Please call Conferences and Workshops at 801-422-8925.
• Provide them with the information above (Name, Birthday, and Contact Information).
• They will create a NetID and password for you. Please make note of them to be able to log in to our website.
• If you have already registered for the workshop, please email the NetID to organ@byu.edu to gain access to the workshop website.
