General Information

  • Workshop will be held on August 5-9, 2024
  • Four full days of organ instruction
  • One day attendance options are not available
  • Please plan to register early because space may be limited
  • In-person and online workshop registration is intended for those 18 years of age and older
  • Youth ages 14-18 are encouraged to attend the BYU Musicians’ SummerFestival, but may attend the BYU Organ Workshop 
  • Options to add Individual Consultations and Private Lessons will be available through the registration website for an additional fee.
  • Tote Bags may also be purchased through the registration website for an additional fee. Tote Bags will be the same as those that were offered last year. (Click here to see an example). Orders for Tote Bags must be placed by July 15.

In-Person Workshop

  • Early Registration – $265 (through July 1)
  • Registration – $290 (July 2 through July 29)

Your registration includes:

    • Access to in-person and online sessions
    • Recorded sessions available to view through September 1, 2024
    • Field Trip to Salt Lake City (bus transportation is available for an extra fee, you may also drive yourself)

    Online Workshop

    • Early Registration – $90 (through July 1)
    • Registration – $100 (July 2 through July 29)

    Your registration includes:

    • Access to online sessions only
    • Recorded sessions available to view through September 1, 2024
    • Online participants who can join us in Salt Lake City are welcome to participate

    How do I watch the online sessions?

    We will provide information on how to view the sessions to all who register for the conference in mid-July.

    Please save your BYU Login information from your registration confirmation email. You will use it for online access to the workshop.

    Refunds

    Through July 29 – refunds will be given less a processing fee ($35 for in-person and $20 for online)

    • After July 29 – refunds will be considered on a case by case basis and not guaranteed
