Registration Information
Registration for the 2026 BYU Organ Workshop will open later in April.
General Information
- Workshop will be held on August 3-7, 2026
- Four full days of organ instruction
- One day attendance options are not available
- Please plan to register early because space may be limited
- In-person and online workshop registration is intended for those 18 years of age and older
- Youth ages 14-18 are encouraged to attend the BYU Musicians’ SummerFestival, but may attend the BYU Organ Workshop. Please email organ@byu.edu for approval to register.
- Options to add Individual Consultations and Private Lessons will be available through the registration website for an additional fee.
- Tote Bags may also be purchased through the registration website for an additional fee. Tote Bags will be the same messenger bag style as last year. Orders for Tote Bags must be placed by July 10.
In-Person Workshop
- Early Registration – $280 (through July 1)
- Registration – $310 (July 2 through July 27)
- Walk-In Registration will be accepted during the workshop
Your registration includes:
- Access to sessions in person and online
- Recorded sessions available to view through September 20, 2025
- Field trip to Salt Lake City (bus transportation is available for an extra fee, you may also drive yourself)
- Lunch on one day of the workshop
Online Workshop
- Early Registration – $90 (through July 1)
- Registration – $100 (July 2 through July 27)
- Late Registration will be accepted starting August 10
Your registration includes:
- Access to view sessions online only. This will include all sessions except Low Stress Performance Opportunity, Supervised Practice, Pedal Technique "Feet On", and the Field Trip.
- Recorded sessions available to view through September 20, 2025
- Online participants who can join us for the Field Trip in Salt Lake City and other evening activities are welcome to participate

How do I view the online sessions?
Instructions for viewing the sessions will be sent to all conference registrants the week before the workshop.
Please save your BYU NetID information from your registration confirmation email. You will use it for online access to the workshop.

Refunds
Through July 27 – refunds will be given less a processing fee ($35 for in-person and $20 for online)
- After July 27 – refunds will be considered on a case by case basis and not guaranteed
